We do not list a model until it has spent a season in a real Egyptian kitchen. Humidity, hard water, voltage dips, and a family that opens the fridge forty times a day. What survives ends up here.
This unit is covered by the manufacturer warranty, plus our own service promise. If something fails in the first year, our workshop handles the diagnosis, the paperwork and the repair. One call to 16495 and we take it from there.
Delivery is next-day in Cairo and Giza for orders placed before 4pm, and two to four working days elsewhere. Installation and old-appliance removal are included on most items over EGP 8,000.
Delivery. Free over EGP 5,000. Cairo and Giza next-day; Alexandria and Delta in 2 days; Upper Egypt and the Red Sea in 3–4 working days. Large appliances are delivered by a two-person team, not a courier on a motorbike.
Installation. Included on cookers, hoods, hobs, built-in ovens and dishwashers. Our technician levels the unit, tests gas or water connections where applicable, and walks you through the controls before leaving. Water heaters and air conditioners are installed after a free site survey.
Warranty. Manufacturer warranty from the date of installation, plus our service guarantee. Keep the warranty card and the invoice. We can also look both up from your phone number.
Returns. 14 days, unopened and in the original box, refunded the way you paid within 5 working days. If the unit is faulty out of the box, we collect it and replace it, and you do not pay delivery twice.
Delivered on the day they promised. The installer would not leave until he had run two full cycles and checked the connections. More care than I expected at this price, honestly.
Good machine, and the showroom staff actually knew the difference between the two models I was comparing. One star off because delivery slipped a day. They did call to tell me, at least.
