We started as a repair workshop, not a shop.
In 2012 we were three technicians with one van, fixing appliances that other people had sold. We kept seeing the same failures: the same cheap compressors, the same hobs with no flame safety, the same five-year warranty that evaporated the moment you actually called.
So we started importing the models we trusted, and selling them with the installation and service we had been doing all along. Fourteen years later we still install what we sell and still take our own service calls. We still say no to more products than we list.
Today the showroom in Nasr City has ten departments, a workshop in the back and twenty-two people on staff, nine of them technicians. The rule has not changed.

Honest curation
Every model runs in a real kitchen for a full season before it gets a page here. If it starts generating service calls, we stop selling it, even when it sells well.
Service we own
Delivery, installation and repairs are all our own people. When something goes wrong you call one number, and it stays our problem until it is fixed.
Clear pricing
Prices include VAT, and installation is included on qualifying items. Every bundle shows its exact saving, and delivery is free over EGP 5,000, so nothing surprises you at the door.

Photos only get you so far. In the showroom you can pull the drawers, lift the pan supports and hear how loud the hood really is, standing next to someone who has repaired the thing.
